My aim is to get you first through the door to your dream property, including those that are not yet on the market. I will carefully consider any potential properties ensuring not just that the price is right but that your personal requirements are met. I restrict the number of clients I take on at any one time to ensure that each client gets my full attention.

A common misconception is that search agents are in competition with estate agents, this is not the case at all, search agents and estate agents work together to their mutual benefit and often pass business each others way. Many of my clients have been referred to me by local estate agents.

Traditionally search agents work mainly at the top end of the market, whilst I continue to do that, I don’t like to exclude people who are searching at any budget. I offer competitive terms for all of my clients.

Each search begins with an initial consultation to discuss your requirements. I visit properties, both on and off the market, providing informative feedback before drawing up a shortlist meeting your criteria. Every negotiation is different. Once a sale is agreed, I work alongside all parties to ensure a smooth transactional process.

I also offer a service if you have already found a property, but would like to employ me to negotiate terms and manage the transaction process.
